Prices

Prices are per vehicle and in Bahamian Dollars.

Payment

At time of booking you have to pay the full tour price. We will send you a sales receipt and booking confirmation.

Availability

The tours sold through this website are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. The tour is confirmed when your full payment is received and after we sent you a tax invoice and booking confirmation.

Tour Itinerary

Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary whenever it is deemed necessary for the comfort, convenience and safety of the client at any time. In all cases, Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited will do its best to maintain the content, if not the order, of the tour.

What’s Included

The range of included services is in our brochures, on our website and in the booking confirmation of Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited. Changes and alterations of single points in our tour conditions which where necessary after signing the contract are agreed to as long as they don’t change the style of the tour significantly. Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited reserves the right to adjust the route slightly before the start of the tour.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation less then24 hours prior to departure date and time or no show: 100% cancellation fee – no refund. Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to departure date and time: refund 50% of the full tour price (50% of the full tour price will be held back as cancellation fee). Note: For Special Offer and Group Bookings, further restrictions apply. Private Tour-bookings are not refundable. Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited reserve the right to cancel a tour at any time. The main reason for such a cancellation is generally due to adverse weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation of your tour, the only obligation of the tour operator is to either provide you with a full refund of any monies paid to you for the tour cancelled or to offer you an alternative date for the tour. Any expense associated with date changes such as flight amendments/cancellations, accommodation etc. is the sole responsibility of you, and not Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited.

Unclaimed Benefits

Should the client not be able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the tour operator, or should he not be able to complete the tour, he has no right to claim a refund.

Responsibility

Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standards and the accurate description of services offered in its marketing. It is understood and agreed that Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited is not the guardian of any customers safety and they cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrences in connection with the client’s participation on the tour. Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited disclaims all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages, accidents, injuries and costs you might incur as a result of joining our tour.

Safety

Our Electric Vintage Replica Henry Ford Model-T operate at a maximum speed of 40mph. This is a guided tour, that will be led by a Snappa Bahamas Limited Tour Guide. We do not allow passengers with back or neck injuries, broken bones, pregnancies, heart conditions or any other conditions that may be affected by a vehicular tour. Our trip is not suitable for children under the age of 2 or for people with extreme mobility restrictions. Your safety is our concern but your responsibility.

Our Electric Vespa Self-Balancing Scooters operate at a maximum speed of 12mph. We do not allow passengers with back or neck injuries, broken bones, pregnancies, heart conditions or any other conditions that may be affected by a vehicular tour. Our trip is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 or for people with mobility restrictions. Your safety is our concern but your responsibility.

Alcohol Use

Alcohol consumption on the tour by any driver is strictly prohibited. We do not permit anyone impaired by alcohol consumption to partake in our tour – be they driving or riding as a passenger. All drivers must sign a release confirming that they are capable of operating heavy machinery and are not impaired in any manner due to alcohol or any other substance.

Release and Waiver

Every participant of our tours has to sign a waiver before we start the tour. Although we take every measure to keep you safe, well & happy, we do strongly recommend that you follow tour guide instructions & safety info.

Terms and Conditions

With your booking you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between you and Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited. The travel contract is accomplished by the written confirmation of Snappa Tours Bahamas Limited.
